Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling a Project

  • You can cancel your order before we start making or printing it.

  • If work has already started, you may not be able to cancel.

Refunds

  • If you cancel before you approve the design, you get a full refund.

  • If we haven’t started printing, you might get a partial refund, minus the design or admin costs.

  • There are no refunds once your project is printed, shipped, or set up.

Costs You Can’t Get Back

  • Money spent on custom designs, approved artwork, or delivery charges isn’t refundable.

Where We Deliver

  • We deliver and install in Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Uttarakhand.

Delivery Time

  • We’ll tell you the estimated delivery date when your project is confirmed.

  • Delays may happen if approvals are late, because of natural events, or issues with delivery companies.

Shipping Charges

  • Delivery and setup charges depend on your order size and location.

Damages

  • Please check your materials when they arrive.
